Following the success of the BFM/Strathena challenges in recent years, the Strathena team has partnered again with the BFM Stratégie program and has offered you a new contest throughout the summer of 2025.
The challenge is now over. Congratulations to all the participants! The best players will soon be invited to the set of the BFM Stratégie program, as in previous editions.

Your Mission
This summer, we chose to have you play on the Internet playing field. Its leading companies have experienced phenomenal growth over the past five years, and their market capitalization exceeds the GDP of many countries.
This year, we designed a strategic segmentation scenario for you where eight competitors engage in fierce competition across eight niches. Reality is obviously more complex, and this is merely an educational exercise, but the game board allowed you to consider the upheavals that are likely to occur.
It is becoming increasingly clear that artificial intelligence will disrupt the internet search market as well as the social media market. The internet has been able to grow very quickly by capturing advertising, where its market share is very high.
Today, overall growth will slow, making the competition more intense. Each of the eight niches was founded by a well-established company. The competitive landscape is shifting the balance of power and allowing newcomers to make a strong entry into niches adjacent to their original niche. Proper resource allocation is a vital decision: choosing too small a niche limits its long-term potential, while scattering resources can lose everything. Finding the right balance is more crucial than ever.
Games are shorter than usual: given the strong growth of the industry, the time horizon will be seven years.
In this game session, you guide the strategic decisions of Logego, a giant that made its fortune in search engines, operating systems, and online services.
You can play as many times as you like. The ranking of the best scores is updated in real time.
Winners are those who create the most value for shareholders. This year, an additional strategic tool was available: the ability to issue new shares, which accelerates growth at the cost of dilution—a powerful tool, but one to be used with discernment!
And as good news never comes alone, the top 100 performers of the summer will soon receive a 3-month subscription to the Strathena platform!
